Cuando fuimos a ver esta vivienda de 4 dormitorios en una de las mejores calles de San Lorenzo, en el centro de Sevilla, encontramos un piso sombrío, sucio, muy desordenado y abandonado, con mobiliario de los años 70 y excesivamente sobrecargado. Tenía el baño y cocina reformados de hace 25 años. Viendo las fotos podéis juzgar el estado en que se encontraba.

Entramos con muchas ganas de que fuera un piso totalmente distinto, y después de una semana de trabajo lo conseguimos. Se desalojó el 70% del mobiliario, modernizando el que dejamos. Pintura y limpieza a fondo.
Introducir mobiliario nuevo o de cartón le dio una distribución más práctica. La decoración y textil ayudaron a la luminosidad y hacer los espacios más amplios. El resto lo hizo un magnifico reportaje fotográfico.
