Este estudio junto a la Alameda de Hércules en Sevilla se puso a la venta, contratando nuestro servicio desde el inicio, y encontramos un estudio pequeño que había estado siempre arrendado por larga duración, y aunque tenía pocos años el mobiliario existente tenía bastante deterioro. Siendo tan pequeño, estaba sobrecargado y era poco funcional.

Tras sacar algún mobiliario y aportar otro distinto de dimensión más reducida, mejoró la funcionalidad de la vivienda. Con una limpieza a fondo, algunas reparaciones y realizando una decoración neutra y atractiva conseguimos un cambio muy llamativo. Solo tenéis que ver el cambio.
