Cuando la inmobiliaria nos contrató para este proyecto nos encontramos un apartamento pequeño y con los techos bajos, lo encontramos muy sucio y con desperfectos en muchos sitios por haber estado cerrado durante años, la distribución era agobiante y decoración obsoleta y escasa. Pero tenía una magnifica ubicación en el mismo centro de Sevilla.
