La inmobiliaria que quería ofrecer sus servicios de venta a la propiedad de este precioso ático, nos llamó con urgencia, ya que necesitaba venderlo muy rápido y a un precio bastante alto. Llevaba algunos meses en venta y no era capaz de venderlo. Pero dado que la vivienda tenía un potencial tremendo, aunque estaba totalmente vacío, decidimos darle el servicio, ya que confiábamos mucho en el resultado que podíamos sacarle.

Había que hacer un magnífico trabajo y grandes fotos, así que pusimos toda la carne en el asador y dejamos un proyecto terminado de forma magnifica. Incluso hicimos fotografías nocturnas para llamar más la atención de los compradores.
La inmobiliaria y menos el propietario, podían creérselo cuando se vendió en su primer día de visitas después de terminar nuestro trabajo, sin ninguna negociación de precio. ¿A que os gustaría vivir en una vivienda así…? Creamos sensaciones emocionales en los compradores difíciles de conseguir de otro modo.
