Esta vivienda nos sorprendió por su potencial cuando la vimos por primera vez. Parecía muy oscura y tenebrosa, pero en realidad tiene metros y se le puede sacar mucho partido haciendo varios cambios en el mobiliario.
La inmobiliaria que llevaba la venta nos contrató con esa clara idea, que ya habían hecho ver a la propiedad, porque no había mucho interés de compradores.

Entramos en el inmueble sacando varios muebles grandes y aplicando técnicas para darle más luminosidad, además de un gran trabajo de atrezo y magnifica fotografías, como siempre en nuestros trabajos, se consiguió un gran resultado.
Nos comentaron desde la inmobiliaria que se triplicaron las visitas y se ha terminado vendiendo pronto. Además nos comentaron que no se negoció nada el precio. Fantastico resultado
