La inmobiliaria que llevaba su venta nos llamó para que la viéramos y dar nuestra impresión sobre esta vivienda, que tenía muchas cosas interesantes, pero no terminaba de gustar.
Detectamos claramente, que le faltaba vida y que se viera la practicidad de sus espacios. Le faltaban cosas como la cama principal y parecía hasta pequeño. Le propusimos un plan de Home Staging y al propietario le pareció perfecto para sus intereses.

Así, hicimos nuestro trabajo y le dimos esa vida que necesitaba, que junto a la gran luminosidad que se le pudo sacar, obtuvimos un resultado espectacular y muy llamativo. Gran trabajo y fotos profesionales terminaron de darle el toque definitivo.
Parece ser que obtiene mucho interés, a pesar de su precio algo por encima del mercado, pero creemos que lo venderán a un precio que no espera el propietario, gracias a nuestro esfuerzo.
